The due date is Saturday, contractions have become more frequent (although still really far apart and likely braxton hicks), and the ultrasound tech says there’s a nine pounder in there…

YAY! 🙂 I’m so excited for you guys! This post caught my eye…..When I was pregnant with Dylan, I had braxton hicks contractions for the last 2-3 months. I must have gone to the hospital half a dozen times thinking it MUST be time, and they MUST be the real contractions…..sigh….he was overdue at that point by about 2 weeks, and I was exhausted! The last time I went in thinking it was time, my dr. had them do an ultrasound on me, during which they identified 2 things: 1. He was roughly 10 lbs., and 2. his torso was wider than his head! Soooo….they scheduled me for a c-section, as my dr. was concerned that his shoulders may get stuck on the way out! Silly boy, growing all broad and manly before even being born!

Wishing you the BEST birth experience, what blessed baby she will be to have you two as her parents! 🙂 xoxox

Whoa! They don’t charge you by the pound, do they?
